Privacy policy

Last updated:

This policy explains what personal data keyt collects through keyt.cloud, why, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can.

Who is responsible for your data

keyt runs keyt.cloud and is responsible for the personal data described here. For anything about your data, email contactus [at] keyt.cloud.

What we collect

  • When you use the contact form: your name, work email, and message, plus anything else you choose to give us (phone number, company, team size, the services you are interested in, a preferred call time). We also record which language version of the site you used and when you sent it.
  • When you email us directly: your email address and whatever your message contains.
  • Anonymous usage statistics: pages viewed, the page that referred you, country, device type, browser, and how fast pages load. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures these without cookies, local storage, or fingerprinting, and does not track you as a person.
  • Bot protection: when you get near the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks technical signals from your browser to tell people apart from automated bots (details below). It does not read what you type into the form.
  • Technical logs: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Why we use it

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or build profiles of you.

  • To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a quote or schedule a call. This is a step you ask us to take before any agreement.
  • To keep the site and the contact form secure and free of spam. This is our legitimate interest in protecting our service.
  • To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful so we can improve the site. This is our legitimate interest, and the data is anonymous.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that process data for us under contract, and only as much as they need:

  • Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus): website hosting, server logs, and our email, including delivering contact-form messages to our inbox.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): bot protection on the contact form and anonymous website analytics.

Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an invisible check that tells people apart from automated bots. When you get near the form, Turnstile processes technical signals such as your IP address, TLS fingerprint, and browser user agent, together with our site key and web address. It does not read what you type, and Cloudflare cannot directly identify you from these signals.

To protect this site, Cloudflare processes these signals on our behalf as our processor, and keyt is the controller. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of spam and abuse. Cloudflare also uses the signals, as a separate controller, to improve Turnstile’s bot detection, relying on its own legitimate interests.

To exercise your rights about Turnstile data used to protect this site, email contactus [at] keyt.cloud. For Cloudflare’s own use of the data, see the documents below or contact Cloudflare’s Data Protection Officer at dpo@cloudflare.com.

International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep what our contract and legal obligations require.
  • Anti-abuse counters: a salted hash of your IP address (never the address itself), deleted within 24 hours.
  • Analytics: counted in aggregate by Cloudflare; no visitor identifier is created.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Email contactus [at] keyt.cloud and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, access to enquiries is limited to the people who answer them, and our providers are chosen for their security practices.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
