On 1 January 2027 for businesses with AED 50 million or more in revenue, 1 July 2027 for the rest, and 1 October 2027 for government entities.

What is an Accredited Service Provider?

A provider approved by the Ministry of Finance that validates your e-invoices, exchanges them with your customers’ providers through the Peppol network and reports them to the FTA. You must appoint one before your go-live date.

Does this apply to B2C sales?

The first phases cover B2B and B2G transactions. B2C invoices are out of scope for now; check the Ministerial Decisions for exclusions.
